Update on Pool and Playground Closures

The Board is working towards opening up the pool and playground areas. Restrictions may still be in place for Hillsborough County to follow. Thank you for your continued patience.
Pool and Playground CLOSED

The pool and playground areas remain closed due to the Hillsborough County and State Ordinances currently in place for Covid-19. The Board of Directors will make the determination to reopen facilities based on the social distancing restrictions given by the above agencies. As more information is released and becomes available, updates to the message board and the community’s website will provide those additional updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Vandalism and Illegal Dumping Costs YOU

The board is sharing these photos of vandalism and illegal dumping in our common areas. Homeowners are asked to report such incidents to the proper authorities. Homeowners must pay to remove things like graffiti on their property, and the association must pay to correct problems like damage and illegal dumping on common areas.
Thank you to all our wonderful homeowners who properly dispose of their landscape materials and items such as old fencing! 
Phase I Water Shortage

The Southwest Florida Water Management District's Governing Board voted on 4/28/2020 to declare a Phase I Water Shortage for the District’s central and southern regions, which includes Hillsborough County. Please visit this link for more information.

The pool has been closed as of 3/19/2020. The rolling gate will be locked until the pool and play zone are reopened, per county and state to help limit close contact or groupings of individuals.

Porch Pirates! Be Alert!

Our HOA management company would like to remind residents to take extra precautions regarding delivery of packages to your home, especially during the holidays when far more packages than usual are delivered. Theft can occur anytime, so be alert and take reasonable precautions against porch pirates. Should you experience the theft of a package, please immediately report it to the Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay at 1-800-873-(TIPS) 8477.

BSAC is offering FREE safety swim lessons for children ages 3 - 14 years old at our Brandon Brook community pool.  The week long class will be held July 6th – July 10th in two separate 45-minute sessions (select one):
