How and Where to Park Safely in Brandon Brook
Posted on Mar 1st, 2022
  • When residents park their vehicles across the sidewalk area of their driveway, children and adults must walk in the street, which can be dangerous. Whenever possible, keep the sidewalk area clear for pedestrians.
  • When parking on the street, try not to park directly across from a neighbor's driveway. It makes it difficult for that driver to pull in and out of their driveway.
  • When parking on the street, check if there’s another vehicle parked directly across the street from your vehicle. There must be at least 12’ of street clearance for large emergency vehicles and delivery trucks to safely pass.
  • There’s no parking on grassy areas in our community.
Your best option? Clean out the garage and park inside for everyone’s safety!

Trash Cans Must Be Stored Out Of View
Posted on Jan 3rd, 2022
Trash/recycle cans must be stored out of view (not be visible from the street) except when at the curb for trash collection day. Trash should be placed at the curb no earlier than the evening before the scheduled pickup day, and promptly stored out of view at the end of collection day.
Residents can request special bulky waste collection service by calling Hillsborough County Solid Waste Customer Service at (813) 272-5680 to schedule a pickup. The request to schedule a bulky waste pickup must be made before placing trash at the curbside for collection.
Helpful Links for Community Issues

Hillsborough County and HCSO have resources to help residents deal with issues that are not covered by your HOA and property management team. Some examples include civil nuisances (such as noise or inadequate pet maintenance), criminal matters, trespassing, traffic matters, parking of vehicles on county-owned roads, etc., which must be addressed with the appropriate county agencies. Click here to learn more about these helpful resources.
