Fencing - Cleaning and Repairs Required

Please clean fencing on all sides and make any repairs necessary. This includes exterior sides of fencing along common areas. If fence slats are broken, damaged, or in poor condition, homeowners must repair, replace, or complete remove fencing to maintain safety and appearance standards. 
Pool and Playground Open

At the BOD meeting on 6/8/2020, the Board unanimously voted to reopen the pool and playground areas with the understanding that social distancing remains in place and that homeowners use the common areas at their own risk.
Summer pool hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Winter pool hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

The board is planning to set up email notifications for future newsletters and contact. Homeowners are encouraged to register their name and email address on the website (see "Register" link on the left) to receive community updates and newsletters by email. 
Trash Cans Must Be Stored Out Of View

Per the deed restrictions, trash cans should not be visible from the street unless it is a trash collection day. Trash should be placed at the curb no earlier than the evening before the scheduled pickup day, and promptly stored out of view at the end of collection day.
Trees on Homeowner Property

Vandalism and Illegal Dumping Costs YOU

The board is sharing these photos of vandalism and illegal dumping in our common areas. Homeowners are asked to report such incidents to the proper authorities. Homeowners must pay to remove things like graffiti on their property, and the association must pay to correct problems like damage and illegal dumping on common areas.
Thank you to all our wonderful homeowners who properly dispose of their landscape materials and items such as old fencing!
