The annual membership meeting is usually held on the 4th Tuesday in January at 7:30pm at the Brandon Community Center, located at 510 Sadie Street in Brandon. Each Brandon Brook homeowner will be sent a notice of annual meeting at least 15 days prior to the meeting via regular mail. A meeting agenda and proxy will be enclosed with the meeting notice. In order for the Association to conduct business, a quorum must be available at the meeting in person or by proxy. An election of directors is conducted at each annual membership meeting.
