Hurricane Season Warning |
| |
Due to the rainy season
and recent hurricanes, our retention areas have filled with water. Nearby
homeowners have reported that two small alligators have since taken
up residence in the lower retention pond and another in the upper pond. County
wildlife services were contacted regarding the alligators, but will
not remove them because the gators are so small. When the rain
stops the ponds will dry up and the alligators will most likely move
on. Until that time, please keep your children and animals away
from the retention areas and refrain from interacting with the alligators. |

Annual Meeting |
| |
The annual membership meeting is usually held on
the 4th Tuesday in January at 7:30pm at the Brandon Community Center,
located at 510 Sadie Street in Brandon. Each Brandon Brook homeowner
will be sent a notice of annual meeting at least 15 days prior to the
meeting via regular mail. A meeting agenda and proxy will be enclosed
with the meeting notice. In order for the Association to conduct business,
a quorum must be available at the meeting in person or by proxy. An election
of directors is conducted at each annual membership meeting. |
