Alteration Application: Complete this form online and upload necessary attachments (surveys, photos, contractor lists, etc.) through the Homeowner Portal of McNeil Management's website prior to making any changes to the exterior of your home or property. Alteration Applications must be submitted electronically by registering an account at https://mcneilmsi.com/.
Approved Color Palette: A list of the pre-approved paint colors for homes in Brandon Brook. You may visit McNeil Management's office to see color samples of the approved colors.
Estoppel Reference Guide: ALL estoppel requests directed to McNeil Management should be submitted online at www.estoppels.com.
