The Brandon Brook Board of Directors is implementing a new pool gate access system due to electrical surge damage and vandalism. Starting October 7, 2024, the old access cards/fobs will no longer work. To ensure proper management of this resource, one (1) new pool fob will be issued per unit at no cost. If a fob is lost or stolen, a replacement can be purchased for $25.

 

To receive your fob, bring a photo ID. Tenants will need to present a current lease listing the property address and matching photo ID. Fobs must be picked up in person and will not be mailed.
