Letter Regarding Fence Maintenance

As your Board of Directors for Brandon Brook, we have continued to notice the widespread decline
in homeowner fencing throughout the community. We are allowing each owner 6 months to bring
their fencing up to community standards as required by the governing documents before legal
enforcement actions are taken. Once we involve the attorney to enforce document compliance,
you will be required to reimburse the homeowner association for those legal expenses. All documents, forms and general information can be found on the navigation panel to the left.
Again, fence owners have until October 31, 2016 to complete all needed fence repairs or fence replacements. If fences are being replaced, an
alteration application must be completed and sent to the architectural committee for prior written approval. You can find the alteration application under the "Forms" tab on the left navigation panel. The complete letter that was mailed to homeowners can be read by
